Cancellation Policy

We understand that little ones get sick and life happens! Please review our Tiny Movers cancellation policy before registering. Registration & Payment All Tiny Movers sessions are pre-paid to reserve your child’s spot. Space is limited, and payment confirms enrollment. Refund Policy Because this is a limited-space class series, all session payments are non-refundable once purchased. Missed Classes If your child misses a class due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we may offer a make-up option if space is available during another Tiny Movers class (not guaranteed). Class Cancellation by Playtime in the Plains If Playtime in the Plains must cancel a class due to weather, illness, or an unexpected closure, we will provide either: • a make-up class, or • a credit toward a future Tiny Movers session Emergency Situations In the event of a serious emergency, please contact us directly. We will always do our best to be understanding and work with your family. No-Show Policy No-shows are considered a missed class and are not eligible for refunds.
